Hypno Games

 In a world much like our own, some people have a hidden ability to control the minds of others. Most display this with glowing white eyes that is known in urban legend as "Cellar Gaze" but others use the power through a proxy of using an item or other methods. There's no way to tell who has the power and who does not and most people don't believe that it even exists, but for those with the dark ability, life is just one big hypnotic game.
